Project Details
Topsider Resort is a resort in Islamorada that was damaged due to Hurricane Irma. After the storm our company was able to take on the task of fixing 20 of their units. This was a very involved projected that consisted of a complete rebuild of each unit on a case by case basis. The unique homes that are supported by a single center post had to temporarily shored while we replaced all of the main structural beams and custom brackets that supports the structure. In addition to restructuring each building we also replaced all of the exterior/interior walls, the kitchens, floors, bathrooms, and the roofs. We also installed new decks, stair sets, shared landings, and restored their entire beach. Everything from the siding to the interior paint!
