Project Details Captain Pip’s Marina and Hideaway is a marina located in Marathon that was damaged from Hurricane Irma. We demolished 2 of their existing docks and installed 3 brand new docks with a 70’ long walkway connecting them.
Sunrise Isle canal Dredging
Project Details Sunrise Isle Canal was a project that we completed for the Sunrise Isle Canal Homeowner’s Association. The project was to maintenance dredge the existing, very large canal. We removed 23,000 cyds in the short time span of 30 days.
Sunset Point Farm Dredging
Project Details Sunset Point Farm Dredging is a residential property located in Marathon. We completed the removal of 3,400 cyds of excess material from the canal so it could once again be navigated by boats. This project was completed in 10 days. Pictures Coming Soon…
Captain’s Quarters Condo
Project Details Captain Quarter’s Condo Associates is located in Marathon.This project consisted of demolishing 6 existing L-Docks and replacing them as new. We installed a total of (78) pilings and 1,700 SF of framing and decking.
Ocean Breeze
Project Details Ocean Breeze located in Marathon, is a community of residential homes. At this project we installed 1,000’ of watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer on the civil side. On the marine side we installed 250’ of steel seawall and a 180’ long T-Dock with 36 mooring piles.

Project Details Located in Stock Island, we demolished and installed a new 650’ long steel seawall with a concrete cap.
